오메가3는 신장질환/뇌기능/콜레스트롤조절/관절및 운동기능에 특효가 있다고 합니다. 성인 19세이상은 하루 4알 먹으면 된다고 합니다.
전 개인적으로 3통째 꾸준히 먹고 있습니다. 왜 일까요? 위 효능중에 콜레스테롤 때문입니다. 2년 전부터 갑자기 콜레스트롤 수치에 빨간불이 들어 왔습니다. 그런데 간과하고 지내다가 작년부터 관리에 들어갔는데 콜레스테롤 수치를 낮추기 위해 오메가3를 먹으면서 식이요법을 병행하고 있습니다.
